Stay far away from this company. Very unprofessional and overpriced. They sell refurbished products at super high prices. Of course, they will say their water systems are not refurbished...believe me they are. Don't be con-ed by their double talking sales reps. They will try to force you into a contract with a lot of pressure. They even promise gifts such as gas cards for just listening to their presentation. But if you don't sign a contract then and there they casually forget the gift card promise. Don't be fooled by the "Free Gift" postcards in the mail either. These post cards will say you have received your option of a free gift or vacation. As soon as you call they will get your phone number off caller ID and begin to solicit you to buy one of their products. Again...no free gift. It is a company that sells warranties for their products, but won't be around to honor them.
