Very bad management and unprofessional attitude and fairness to team members...I have witness some embarrassing moments to team members from management which is uncalled for and could be handle in a better way..I shop there a lot and have notice a big change in the store...very bad vibes..Managers should take more lessons in attitude..don't feel like a friendly family oriented store...

I wouldn't suggest going to this location. The store is dirty and unorganized. There are clothes lying everywhere. The female workers just sat behind the jewelry counter gossiping, an looking at me like i'm an idiot when I asked them a simple question. I saw a young girl apprehended for shoplifting in a very unprofessional manner. She was grabbed in such a forceful way. If that was my daughter, I would have blow my lid. ( I know she was shoplifting, but the force was WAY to excessive ) I will never shop at this location again.( at least until they clean it up, and show the prevention loss agent how to handle teenagers girls without appalling customers!!! )
