My son's very expensive laptop, on which all his class notes and musical compositions were stored, refused to power up. The problem appeared to be either the external power supply or the power jack on the back of the laptop. I took it in to Smart Fix around noon, and Mike warned me that it could be a day or so before he had a diagnosis. So I was pleasantly surprised when Mike called me at 5:30 PM the same day to report that the repairs were complete -- he had removed the defective power jack and soldered in a replacement, all at a very reasonable cost.

This is the sort of swift and excellent service that brings customers back time and again. Michael is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, and I am certain that I will patronize his shop again.

My brand new iPad mini screen got broken after only 4 days i used it. Apple store wanted $300 to fix it and needed an appointment. Top Class Service The other week, I was trying to clean up the hard drive to free up space and stupidly deleted important files that I need for work. When I went on the computer ... to look for the files.. They were gone. I panicked and searched for a company that can help... I called 5 companies and they all tried to sell me something over the phone. These guys were the only ones who tried to help me look for the data, luckily when I brought the laptop in, after 30 minutes, they recovered the data SOMEWHERE in the laptop. I fixed my laptop with them, they removed the virus from my computer and saved all my information, everything was done very proffesional and same day. Best iPhone Repair, my iphone 3gs was a goner but Smart Fix brought my phone back to life! my LCD and glass were broken but they gave me a good deal compared to what apple wanted which was like $200. so i was very satisfied and they are good people. i would recommend them to everyone!

A+ Fast and quick, they helped me out with data recovery off my broken flash drive (it was in two different pieces). They soldered the flash-drive back, recovered the data and even made me a backup cd. Will recommend to all my neighbors.
