Our community offers newly remodeled apartment homes with features like full-size washers and dryers, upgraded blinds and valances, solid oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, oversized closets and carpeting. The Avondale's pet-friendly community has 3 resort-style swimming pools and 3 spas, 2 Bark Parks & a Dog-Wash Station, additional recreation areas, barbecue area with corn hole and jogging trail. We are conveniently located within Peccole Ranch and are near Summerlin Parkway, I-95 and the 215 Beltway for an easy commute. Please note that all floor plan availabilty is subject to change.
