Very bad service, post lady leaves mail at different addresses, once in a while. People has brought my mail that they got in their box and I got mail from other neighbors. Luckily, we are nearby. I got a package in the box for packages and I was not able to open the box, because package do not allow key to turn all the way. Called the branch, and explained them (fortunately I got an answer) and I was told to leave a note for the post lady. I did wait for two days, and no reply. So I still have the package and unable to get it. Note is gone, thou. Trying to contact post office again, to no avail. Being calling for a few times now. Lousy postal service. They do not deserve a one star, but that's the least I can give them.

This place is HORRIBLE! Continuously missing mail, and the employees there are extremely rude and inefficient! I have the same issues as others of calling and calling with no answer, the one time i got through to an associate he yelled at me repeatedly and eventually hung up on me!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This business should not have a phone. It is always busy... the number is useless!! ugh...

I pick up the mail for my mother that is in the hospital for the past six months and the post office mail carrier left a note in my mothers' mail box that it was too full and took her mail to the post office where they would hold it for 10 days. I tried to call the number left on the paper (702) 644-8815 but the line is always busy (I've been trying to call for 6 days), even at nights and on Sunday. They just leave the phone off of the hook. I work m-f from 9-5 and I didn't want to go all the way over there in the morning if they weren't open. I just wanted the hours of operation. I'm going there today (Saturday) and I'm not even sure they are open but I hope they are.
