TV Commercial caught my interest ($1 sign up fee, $10/month cancel any time). However, what they don't mention is that "this franchise requires a bank account for payment, please bring in a voided check." Seriously, they will NOT accept a credit card for payment. (at the Laurel Location, I don't know about others). Sounds beyond suspicious to me, buyer beware...
Having said that, the facility and equipment seem nice. The equipment is geared towards normal and average people like me.
Unfortunately, no acceptance of credit cards for payment and requiring my bank account information is a serious NO-GO for me.
