This storage is under new owners who keep it clean and maintain it compared to the previous owners. I have not had any issues with management or with outsiders. I pay in a timely manner, and keep a heavy duty lock with a shielded shackle on my storage, plus I insure my contents.

Terrible place to put your stuff. I moved my stuff out 3 months ago. They are never there, no security, break in's, and no lighting at night. Do not pay less for this it is worth paying a bit more and being secure.

This company has changed management. They still have a few issues but in time I foresee them getting everything ironed out. I believe it takes awhile for new ownership to get things under order. I don't know anything about the past owners.

I've used storage facilities all over town. These guys are the cheapest and the easiest to work with. Their receptionist is fantastic and very friendly. I've never had a problem. Most decent management in town!

This was the WORST business I've ever encountered! First, when we were trying to use the unit, it was locked. This was after we told them the date we needed it, after we paid for it and signed the contract. So we attempted to call them. No one picked up the phone after we called about a dozen times so we had to make a trip to their office. Then, they told us that the prorated amount was a certain amount but then we received a bill in the mail for 81 cents. The last month we only needed the storage unit for 4 days but they made us pay for the entire month. when we went to open the storage unit at the end of the summer, they had put a manager's lock on the door, after we had paid in full. They took it off for us but about 5 days later, the lock was back on again. We called they told us that they hadn't gotten the check even though it had been mailed 2 weeks earlier. Then they "conveniently" found the check after rustling some paper around. We also discovered some of the boxes had water damage so obviously the unit flooded at one point. I WOULD NOT recommend using this awful company for your storage needs. It's well worth it to pay a few more dollars to work with an organized, professional company.
