I would like to share that as a Daycare Provider with Child Care Circuit for at least 25 yrs. or more my experience with this program has been great. Today, I would like to share that a special needs mom came to me to say she no longer could send her children to the daycare as her voucher ended. I called and spoke to a couple of workers who helped me immediately and found that because of a couple of documents needed her voucher would be ending. I must say that this mom responded right away and got what was needed to keep her voucher. However, it was how these workers responded and helped me and this mom to get on the right track to keep the voucher for her children. I want to validate the workers, from the receptionist to all those who work behind the scenes to help these families to financially help them to be able to place their children in a daycare of their choice. I would like to say THANK YOU to 3 people who helped me today. Cyndi, Susan and Beverly. You are all special people

I've never been to the lawrence office but the Beverly office forget it! Its like these people are actually annoyed by their work and I shows through lack of returned phone calls, emails and all around poor customer service! After all my taxes are what's upholding this program and the jobs that are provided to the workers! I definitly think our people in capital hill should be keeping a closer eye on the hen houses!

the purpose of the company is great the customoer service is awful. you never get returned phone calls no matter how many times you leave message or who you call front dest, case manager, supervisors, director. they expect you to meet deadlines but cant seem to get in contact with them, had to go to theoffice 3 times before i even got my voucher. my worker specifically told me i did not need a certain paper then went i went back she said she needed it, they are on y in the office ounce a week which means it took me 3 -4 weeks to get daycare, my daycare provider was very good, normally a provider isnt going to leave a space open that long, so you then have a voucher with no daycare!! job search they dont give extentions.. i had a job offer the day before my voucher expired and only pending a cori check they would not give me an extention and i lost my daycare, no i have a job with no daycare. take 2 steps forward 4 steps back thanks ccc for not helping me and causing only stress!!!!

Trying to get help here is horrible. It usually takes a week or two of left messages before you get a call back. If your lucky enough to get a call back. Once you get someone things usually run smoothly
