The majority of properties in inventory are single-family homes. In addition, we are a full-service real estate company, having houses listed for rent and for sale.       America s Great Real Estate, Inc. was established in 1988 as a property management company. Currently, we specialize in individual residential management in Gwinnett and Hall counties. The majority of properties in inventory are single-family homes. In addition, we are a full-service real estate company, having houses listed for rent and for sale. On occasion we are able to sell rental houses to the current tenant. This is positive for all parties. Licensed in 1984, Patricia McKay (Broker), initially worked as a real estate salesperson for ERA. Originally an educator, she focused on utilizing the management skills previously involved in managing students and redirected those same skills in the management of property and tenants. Cheryl Brockway (Associate Broker), licensed in 1988, was also originally a teacher. Her training as a secondary math teacher laid an excellent foundation for management of properties. Over the years the company has expanded in inventory, experience and expertise. But one thing has never changed: service has always been the first priority. Our primary goal is to provide owners with prompt and reliable service.
