      Flinton Callahan II, MD is the founder of Callahan Eye. He is a board certified ophthalmologist who has been in private practice in Leesburg, Virginia, since 1979. He has been voted the best eye doctor in Loudoun County by the readers of Leesburg Today for fourteen straight years. Dr. Flinton Callahan is looking forward to retirement at the end of 2011.Claiborne M. Callahan, MD, Flinton's daughter, is also a board certified ophthalmologist. She has been in private practice since 2004. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease including glaucoma and cataracts. A native of Loudoun County, Dr. Claiborne Callahan moved back to Virginia to join Callahan Eye in 2011. Dr. Callahan and the staff of Callahan Eye are devoted to providing patients with advanced and personalized medical and surgical eye care.
