Swim Gem is truly a "gem". We are relatively new pool owners (3yrs) and could not have done it successfully without the continued hand holding we receive from the awesome family at Swim Gem. We are currently in the middle of having a part replaced all the while Kirk being on our beckoned call via his personal cell phone during off hours if anything unforeseen should happen to our pool. The customer service they provide is what sets them apart from their local competitors. I've been to the others and wished I never wasted my time. We will be Swim Gem customers for life or until they go out of business.

We were new pool owners and knew nothing. They took the time to teach us what to do and made us feel so secure about what to do next. The pool is so easy to manage. Neighbor has a pool too and complains that he has to spend so much time cleaning his pool. We told him that we spend 5 minutes a week on taking care of our pool! This family run business really knows their stuff! If you feel like your pool is taking so much of your time trying to keep it clean, then I recommend Swim Gem. Great place!
