      At United Spine and Joint Center, the team focuses on collaborative treatment options for patients suffering from back, neck, and musculoskeletal pain. Servicing Leesburg and Lansdowne, VA. patients receive an expert evaluation, education, and treatment for a full spectrum of spinal disorders. Jon Mader, MD is the board-certified Medical Director of United Spine and Joint Center, where he provides treatments backed by the latest research supporting spine care and non-opioid options. Dr. Mader attended the University of Wisconsin where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. He went on to earn his Medical Doctorate at St. George’s University School of Medicine. This was followed by a prestigious residency at Tufts Medical Center in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As his interest in spinal treatments deepened, Dr. Mader pursued a fellowship in interventional spinal rehabilitation at the New England Baptist Hospital, part of the renowned Harvard University Care Group. While in his fellowship, he participated in several research projects and obtained extensive training in advanced and minimally invasive spinal disorder treatments. As a patient at United Spine and Joint Center, you can expect an evidence-based approach to non-surgical and non-opiate treatments of various spinal disorders. After a thorough evaluation with Dr. Mader, you will become educated about the problem, diagnosis, and treatment options available to you. Dr. Mader will help you make an informed decision about your care that reflects your needs and goals. As an Interventional Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist, Dr. Mader has the advanced training and extensive knowledge to provide non-surgical and non-opiate treatment methods for numerous spinal disorders.
