What can I say, they are the BEST!!! I met Lillian, the owner, about 5 yrs ago and purchase my first piece which was a Simon G right hand ring. Ever since that she has been our jeweler. I have bought watches, our wedding bands and several other pieces. My husband, also bought my engagement ring from her. She took her time and explained to him all the 4C's and helped him pick out a beautiful Kirk kara setting. She continued updating him about the ring via email when he was deployed to Iraq. I have gotten so many complements about my jewelry. The staff at White and Ivory are very helpful, organized, knowledgable and enjoy what they do. They also always give you the best deal!! They are prompt at responding to emails and also send reminders on upcoming sales or trunk shows. The quality of the diamonds and the fine selection of designers has made me come back to White and Ivory for the past 5 years and will continue to do so for the future. I first came to know White & Ivory through a trunk sale. My husband and I were blown away by the quality of the pieces and designers in her store. The entire experience was easy and a pleasure. My Kwiat earrings are still drawing compliments, two years after purchase! You will not only return and remain a loyal customer, but develop a close relationship with the staff members as well. We love the White & Ivory ladies!

Also had a great engagement experience thanks to W&I. My fiance personally wanted a custom piece but we weren't sure what we were going for. The staff took the time to really listen to us and were obviously passionate about both jewelry and their customers. We finally settled on the perfect custom design and the diamonds we were shown were far superior in quality and cheaper than other jewelry stores we visited. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The store provides great customer service and, after my experiences with the store, I felt that I made a good purchase. Lillian, the store owner, suggested that I check diamond prices on bluenile.com, before we settled on an in-store price. This was a first for -- it showed a lot of integrity to have customers pay a competitive price. The small staff was also great! They were all informed and eager to help in the search and recognized me whenever I returned to the store. Which made me feel confident that any of the employees could assist me until Lillian (the owner) was available. They showed a great sense of excitement and teamwork in assisting me and never kept me waiting. Which leads me to their great communication skills…the staff kept me updated every step of the way via e-mail, which was great! They even sent me pictures of the settings that I was interested in, which was very helpful. Furthermore, their prices were great and competitive! Lillian likes to ensure that you get what you want and competes with Blue Nile to ensure that you can get what you want and see it before you buy it…rather than buying a diamond online without actually holding it first.
