Dr Ngatuvai is amazing! He is one of the few doctors that will actually take the time to sit and actually LISTEN to what is going on and cares about his patients. Thanks Dr Ngatuvai!

Very disappointed! I wouldn't even give it a one star! The other day I called to get a prescription refill and they told me I had to do a follow up appointment with the doctor. I told the girl I didn't have my schedule with me so I would call back in about an hour. She told me there was a lot of appointments available next day. I tried calling several times that day no answer just to their answering machine. The next day I try calling again at least 10 more times still no answer straight to the answering machine. So I thought I would stop in to see if I can get in just to get a simple prescription refill. The guy said he will go check with the Doctors to see if they could get me in. He told me to wait and he will go check with them. I waited over 30 minutes and he never went back to check. I think it's time to look for a new doctor.
