I know the family well and have taken my cars to them since I have found them. Only down side is mike you won’t work on my Audi LOL! They are super I took my Subaru Legacy in needed a new engine they took care of it. I took my Tahoe there needed a transmission after my son went on a trip with his friends. Took it there it was a waiting game for the transmission because they were on back order because of COVID the time they had told me was not to be expected for 3 more weeks. I get a call as I am walk in to work my Tahoe is done. I was like wow I can’t believe it I wasn’t expecting it for another 3-4 weeks. They have been very Thorough and every time I take my car back in for any of the issues they take a look and I don’t have any problems.#Very Professional#Prompt

Very professional! We had a winter crisis! Our heater blower quit working. I took it to Rogers Car Care in Lehi. They diagnosed the problem quickly and called with the good news. Very reasonable,honest!

I took my car to Jiffy Lube and was told that I needed a spark plug replaced. I took my car to Rogers Automotive to see how much the fix would cost. They claimed they were super slow that day and could take of me that day no problem. It took them 5 hours to check it out. I called them to see what the status was 2 hours after I dropped it off and they said they would "call me back" within the next hour with an update.



They never called me back.



I called again 2 hours later after not hearing back from them and they said it would be ready right as they were closing. It took them all day to tell me something I already knew and then charged me $50 for the estimate of something I told them I already knew right up front. Needless to say, I did not feel taken care of. In fact, I felt taken advantage of.



Also, the spark plugs they quoted me for were 4X the price of plugs I could get at any auto shop.



Never go to this place. Ever.

Horrible experience!!!

I took my car in and explained what was wrong and they said they would look at it that same day. 3 days I called them (since they never called me) and they said they were going to get to it that day because the technician called in sick before. 3 days later I called again (since they did not call again) and they said that they couldn't find anything oil leaking from the bottom of the car BUT THAT WASN'T WHAT I TOLD THEM WAS WRONG!! So I explained what was wrong again and they said that it would be easy to check and they would do it the next day. A WEEK later I called them again (since they again did not call me) and they told me exactly what I told them and that they could not do anything about it.So they had our car for 2 weeks, never called us, told me less then what I already knew, and charged us for it. RIDICULOUS.I will never even think of going there again.

Fantastic HONEST Work

Had a front end collision that really messed up the alignment and a few other things under the hood. They were quick to order all the parts they told me needed immediate replacement then discovered an additional part that was in danger and replaced it at cost after getting approval since we hadn't discussed it before they started work. Over all I felt like they did an honest job, and I was back on the road in no time!
