I do believe it depends on who you deal with at this shop. We actually got our deposit back because of the horrible service. My husband went in and talked to Gary about drawing up a tattoo for me what was very special because it was for my mom who recently passed away. Gary was supposed to call us when he finished it so we could come look at it becuase we did schedule an appointment to get it done. He never called, never called, so then we did and still nothing was drawn up yet. Then a couple days before my appointment, my husband called and asked why nothing was drawn up yet. Needless to say, we got our deposit back and then Gary even hung up on my husband. Very rude and perhaps I would have liked this shop if we didn't have to deal with him.

Chad is an amazing person, he's funny, professional, and was very paitient and caring. I got 1 tattoo on my wrist, and a major touch up behind my ear, and my nose pierced. The shop was very clean and steril, had a ton of stuff to look through for tattoo ideas. My tat is very clean and sharp. He kept me comfortable, and we just had an awesome conversation. I would recommend Permanent Impressions to all my friends in the area. And I'd go back and do it again....I just may go back sooner than expected :) Thanks Chad!! You rock man!!

Permanent Impressions is an awesome shop. I have 6 tatts & 4 of them I've gotten at PI over the years. I don't know what some of the other reviewers talking about. PI's employees ARE super friendly and MORE IMPORTANTLY EXCELLENT TATTOOISTS. I've had custom work each time, & it's ALWAYS beautiful with clean, sharp outline & great color. I've had both Jeff's, Chad, & Chuck work on me, & I'd pick any of them again. PI has been around for years & isn't going anywhere. That's because they do great work.
