The staff is knowledgeable and truly eager to assist you with all of your cycling needs. I went in interested in an accessory they don't normally carry and they ordered it for next day delivery. The entire staff was busy with customers on a Tuesday Afternoon and they still made us feel comfortable and welcome even with our unusual request. They will be our first stop from now on!
