I was the first person in the door the morning of my appointment, but was not seen until well over an hour later. They even had to unlock the door for me when I arrived. The doctor took about 5 minutes to come to a conclusion about my symptoms, yet still wanted additional tests done. Since I was having dizziness, I expected that she'd look in my ears thoroughly. All I did was turn my head, she peeked for a second, and that was it. After further tests I was told I'd need treatment for my dizziness. The test results that I received in the mail were rather confusing. I've called that office 4 times to have the results explained to me. No one has ever called me back. Every time I call, no one is there.

Never had a problem the physician, the office staff , horrible!!!!

At that time I was floored to discover that the staff and the Doctor "Yes" the doctor wore flip flops. The office, waiting area and exam areas were not the cleanest I've ever seen. Needles to say I did not return for a second appointment. "Disgusting does not describe my thoughts of this practice.....

A very disorganized office - not particularly clean and most alarmingly a misdiagnosis. Fortunately a second opinion prevented unnecessary surgery. Do Not Recommend.
