      The Mifflin Juniata Career & Technology Center is an educational institution that offers a variety of academic and technical courses. It also offers courses in the areas of animal science, collision repair, automotive mechanics, computer-aided drafting, child care, residential construction, electrical occupations and electronics technology. The center conducts classes in culinary arts, health science, metalworking technology, criminal justice, practical nursing and cosmetology. The Mifflin Juniata Career & Technology Center serves the County School District and the Juniata County School District. In addition, it provides membership opportunities for various organizations, including the Health Occupation Students of America and SkillsUSA. The Mifflin Juniata Career & Technology Center has been operational since 1968 and is located in Lewistown, Pa.
