KEI has made drastic changes to their practice this year and it is no longer a professional or ethical place of business. They have always had very experienced, dedicated staff, and this year they hired someone to make cuts, and they have fired five excellent employees, most with over 15 and 20 years service, and replaced them with younger inexperienced people to save a buck. I would not trust my eyes to a group of doctors who treat long time dedicated employees they way they have. Nor do I want someone who is cutting costs so drastically within their practice, to be making decisions about my eyes or my health.
