I highly recommend these folks they are they best. I have been a customer since 1998. recently I went to them and told them that I needed some assistance on my 1998 hot tub which I had bought from their. She ask what was wrong instead of saying that it was wore out and I would be better off buying a new one. we talked for a while and she helped me get what I needed to get it running. When you buy from these folks they treat you after even after it had been 18 years since I bought a new one. She treated me like I had bought this one yesterday. needless to say this tub is in very bad shape but thanks to them I can at least have something to help my arthritis as I am disabled because of it. If I can ever buy a new hot tub (no matter what brand they carry) I will buy it from them! When you are their customer you are a customer for life. I just cant say enough good things about these folks as they will do anything to help you and keep a happy customer.

We had been researching different Spa shops, within a 30 mile radius to Lexington, Ky, when we found the good folks at The Spa Gallery on New Circle Road. By this time we had seen it all and heard it all. The owner met with us and we expressed the features we wanted and she helped us narrow down the spa that best fit our needs. We custom ordered want we wanted. The owner even took the front panels off of three tubs as so we could see the plumbing and compare the guts and how to hard wire the tub. Once the tub arrived at the show room we were scheduled for a water fill test and controls test. Not another store offered this feature, we were told prior to buying the tub this was a free service so any and all questions could be answered then. We did have a small issue which was addressed and replaced free of charge as the warranty took care of the problem. These folks are honest, hard workers and knowledgeable. I am thankful for having met them as they have a five star rating in our book.

Just went and bought a hot tub cover from this place, the people seemed very friendly, and very apt to help. Unfortunately when they showed us the cover they failed to flip it over to show the bottom portion of the cover we got it home and had it on the tub, the next day realized it had a big cut in the bottom portion, so we called and addressed the problem and the blame was put upon us, saying it was our fault that we had not inspected it properly when we weren't given the opportunity to look at the bottom part of the cover only gave us a chance to look at the top of it and also went on to say it was our fault there was a cut in it when we never had any sharp objects around it what so ever. I would not advise anyone to go here as it is a rip off, and if something is wrong with your stuff once arriving home even if you didn't do it the blame will be placed upon you..... A little piece of advice find somewhere else to go for your hot tub needs.
