This companies service is exactly like what they haul..Garbage!! If and when you can reach them the woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. They charge for weekly service, but only want to service biweekly. Complete joke on all levels.

I would never recommend this place! They hardly ever remember to pick up our trash on its scheduled date and when I call to get it picked up they said they will "get to it sometime" and never get to it until the next week. The customer service is terrible and they are very rude to you. Glad to know we are paying our bill on time every month for nothing!

Warning to people whom consider getting service from this company:

-they're impossible to get a hold of through telephone

-their customer service employee is rude, terrible, offers no answer to any problem and likes to argue

-driver is lazy, skipped my house 2 weeks in a row, called to ask whats going on and employee accused me of lying and saying it was because i did not roll my can out. when for two weeks we were waiting for the garbage truck to come and it was nowhere in sight

-charges your credit/account twice



I only went with them because they had a good price rate but that wasn't worth putting up with bad business ethics.

Great people. It is the first time most people in Lincoln found out that they had a choice of trash haulers. Competition is good for the public.

Trash Taxi is really a great company! I'm surprised that people have had problems with them. Then again most of us don't really take time to get on here and report good things, because it's just your trash. I've been really satisfied with the service they have given me. They have been willing to do anything for me, its really cool! I love their truck too!
