My wife and I have been using Bubbles Window Washing for years and they have been nothing but professional. We recently had service performed on 5/31/2014 and Fernando, the technician, explained everything and was courteous, polite and poised. We will use them again for sure and I recommend them to friends and family.

10/2011 - Scheduled the appointment for Bubbles to come out and clean our gutters on the house, was late by an hour, the guy hurried up to clean the gutters only removing the leaving and he through some water in the gutter and said that he flushed the gutters. When I went up on the ladder to check the gutters and put on new gutter covers there were still a lot of dirt, debris and one clogged downspout that he didn't clean but charge me for cleaning. When I called Bubbles, they stated that they only remove the leaves and flush the gutters they don't remove and dirt or use a brush on the gutters, that would be hand washing and they don't do that. The Customer Service Rep was really rude when I called to complained that the gutters were not cleaned properly, I would not use Bubbles again, bad service.

The man arrived later in the afternoon of the same day I called to request the gutter cleaning, and although it was getting dark, he proceeded to clean the gutters and remove a great deal of debris from the roof. He is to be commended for perseverance in getting the job done so quickly under adverse conditions.

I called one day; two days later my windows, screens, and frames were clean. I couldn't believe how dirty my windows and screens had been. The two men who were here were kind, careful, and thorough. They even came back the next day when we realized I had their hose nozzle and they had mine. As an inspiration, I cleaned the interior side of the windows while they were on the outside. The price for 30+ windows was very comfortable. Give them a try!

I live on a wooded lot so my gutters are a constant chore. I called to have my gutters cleaned and scheduled an appointment for the next day, however recevied a call a short time later a crew could complete the job that day!



The crew arrived a short time later, as promised, swept out all of the gutters and flushed all the downspouts.



Bubbles did a great job and I will defintely be using them again.

Excellent service and professional workers. Ours is an old house and there are over 20 windows. The job was to wash the inside, outside of both windows and storms, and wash the screens. It was done by one person and in a relatively short time. We will definitely call again!

As always, my windows looked fabulous. The employee (sorry I forgot his name) did a great job. I will always use Bubbles for our window washing needs and I have also been spreading the word that they do such a nice job and it's very affordable.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday between 8-12PM. I was informed that someone would call approximately 1/2 hour prior to the crew's arrival. 12PM came and went, no call, no show and no return calls to the messages I left inquiring about my appointment. Horrible customer service and poor way to run a company. I would never recommend this company.

These guys were awesome. They had room in their schedule to come out on the day I called them (a Saturday) and unclog our gutters. They arrived when they said they would and were polite, fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I will use these guys again.
