I bought a used Corolla in beautiful shape from a cooperative, straight-forward sales person named Bill Morrissey at a very decent price. He was a dream to work with and I will recommend him to all of my friends. The facility is very comfortable with a lounge (juice/coffee/donuts) all day, wifi cubicles, and even vouchers for breakfast or lunch if your car is in being serviced. But really, it was Bill - and his colleague Byron - who represent an excellent attitude towards the customer, just what is needed during the stressful process of deciding on a car.
Acton Toyota of Littleton is outstanding in every way. I cannot say enough about them. I drive past another Toyota dealership on my way to have my Highlander serviced by the team at Acton Toyota. They even give you a complimentary breakfast or lunch while your car is being serviced. 5 Stars!
I recently had a most pleasant experience at Acton Toyota/Littleton. We purchased a 2002 Toyota Highlander in December of 2008 from this dealership. This month I took it in for an oil change. To my surprise I was told that I also had a problem with the brakes and that the car was unsafe to drive. They quickly put me in a complimentary Rental Car and sent me home. The next day, as I braced myself for the unexpected expense, I was told that it probably had been an advancing problem with the car before I bought it and that in fact I did not owe them anything! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised - that is what I call Customer Service at its best. We have been satisfied customers of this Dealership for many years, but I have to tell you that this has cemented the relationship forever ! I have always recommended this Dealership for Sales and Service to family and friends and am very happy to continue to do so. Thank You Chuck Bradshaw and Brian Crowley !

I had a poor experiance, I went in with a great running car and left with a 2000.00 dollar repair est. Brakes, Struts and "routine replacement of O2 sensor. I brought it to a reputable repair shop in Maynard and found it needed none of the above. My brakes went another 12000 miles before I had to replace them. I was told the car was unsafe to drive.
