I am very happy with the service Roto-Rooter provided for my home in Troy. Tech Gary and the whole flood and restoration crew were very professional and friendly. They walked me through the whole process and answered any and all questions I had for them. Even when I asked the same question twice.By the end of the process I felt like I could trust them. Other than the hassle of having to endure a broken pipe repair under my concrete check spelling 1000 characters max:characters left. slab the whole process went much better than I feared it would. They took great care to not damage my kitchen and left each day with a clean work site. They were reliable and came each day like they said they would. I have a very tight schedule so when I needed a plumber on the weekend for a non-emergency, I'm glad I found Roto-Rooter's website. The technician was on time, very professional, and most important of all, fixed the problem.
I had a drain back up and wasn't sure what to do. Roto Rooter technician # 428 came in on time, was friendly did his job, was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his work and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to any one.
Very satisfied with the service. I had a major repair and in a couple of hours the fix the problem and left my house spotless. I would definitely recommend to a friend :)

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 12/28/09.Service technician Keith was very professional and took of the clogged floor drain quickly. He also explained about the new product to help keep pipes clean and from clogging up. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who is having problems with their plumbing or drains.
