I got a collection call from them at almost 8:30pm. I know they can LEGALLY go until 9pm, but 8:30pm is still too late to be bothering people. I literally told them Isn't it a bit late for this? and got a long pause of silence. They aren't willing to work with you at all.

Easy to work with if you go along with them. Any fighting with them they pull out their claws. They do charge a 10% of the remaining bill on a DAILY basis. Which is extremely high for someone struggling to pay their debt.

Rude, poor customer service and lack of professionalism. The services reps (I guess were 'handling' my accts) I was dealing with could not provide me detailed information other than the amount I owe and what it was for. I requested an itemized bill. But, even that I didn't know specifically the due $ was for, since it had other mulitple services from the hospital. They didn't know either. The manager came off a little rude to me. Not sure, maybe just the natural way he talks or he just wanted to get rid of me over the phone. Headache.

This company refuses to provide documentation on a debt that they say I owe. Is it too much to ask for substantiation and verifiy that they are legitimate? I'm fine if something slipped through the cracks and I really owed it. Where are my rights?



Be forwarned if you are a company looking at using this company. They will use any means possible to delay a customers payment so they can collect the entire debt against your write off. They make it seem as though they are trying to collect. However, when I responded with sure I'll pay but first please provide the following items which were very reasonable such as a copy of the original bill. The response was we cannot provide anything in writing unless it comes from an attorney. So in other words, take our word for it, you owe it. Hello, are they a scam? Yes. They are scamming those hiring them. Sure, trust us, we'll act on your collections. Ha, Ha. No we'll alienate the customer so badly that they won't pay nor use your services ever again. Buyer Beware!

They called me about a bill I had paid, and the business for whom they were billing stated that (1) I didn't owe them anything, and (2) that they didn't use this agency to collect.
