A great bargain for the price. Friendly staff. More TV channels than I ever would need, or would have ever expected (68). Good maid service. Blazing Internet speed, both up and down. Close to downtown. Microwave, fridge, coffee...for $49.99 per night, it is really a pretty good deal.
