Went to look at a condo at this building.... fabulous location on the beach. Condo was great.... went down the elevator to ground floor to see the fantastic amenities and WOW.... as soon as you get off the elevator the stench of animal (cat /dog) knocks you back. You really need to address this. Such a shame for such a great property. I only walked thru to the patio for a few seconds but the stench was so powerful it gave me a headache... WOW!!!
