Don't recommend this place.

My daughter has been attending Silver Bear for about 4 months and i am very satisfied with the way my daughter has improved she knows alot begginging with the alphabet, colors, numbers,shapes for her age. She has also learned alot of diiferent songs that she comes home singing every day. Staff here is very friendly they always greet me with a friendly smile and always have a quick response to my concerns. I really reccomend this school such a friendly clean atmosphere a great place for your child to attend preschool

My experience at Silver Bear Preschool with my child and her learning was very positive. I'm very satisfied in choosing this school over others in the area. My daughter has definitely grown and developed the necessary social, motor, and cognitive skills she's supposed to have at her age and much more. The staff was happy to teach and introduce my child to what she will be exposed in kindergarden and higher grades. The staff was also very responsible, caring, professional, and kind. They took great care of my child and focused on any issues my daughter was struggling with and helped her exceed. In meeting the owner / director of the preschool, I wasn't surprised to meet a woman was very passionate in giving a great foundation and education to children. Over all, I'm very pleased I have chosen Silver Bear and will recommend this preschool to everyone.

Absolutely Love the school!!!I've had my child in this school since she was 2 and is about to graduate, I have never had a problem with them. Who wouldn't be worried about their money. I pay my tuition on time so I've never had the director come after me for it! And that is absolutely ridiculous for a sick child to have to wait an hr to be picked up. I remember the child on the sofa screaming in pain:( I would of called both parents as well to see who would make it on time! Lack of communication? yes I believe so, amongst the two parents, the dad should of called his wife! "Hey, teacher just called do I get him or you". All I have to say is that my family have used Silver Bear for the past 7 years and my sisters and my self have never had any problems with them! and will continue to recommend this school to our friends and family.

Be weary of this school, incredibly unprofessional and very bad communication. After multiple issues with teachers being on time for school in the morning and speaking with the director a few times we were on our last leg with them. They made it a very easy decision to walk away from them when they again lacked communication and forethought and both myself and my wife were called to leave our jobs to come pick up our sick son. The teacher spoke to me, asked me to come get him... said I'd be there in an hour or so. Within about 30-45 minutes she also contacts my wife and has her also leave work to come get him. Huge waste of our time/resources with no apology and quite a bit of indigence after. Decided to pull out our son from the school and go elsewhere. When we went to go pick up our security deposit check (as they asked us to do), they threatened to call the police for trespassing!! So irritating, so unprofessional. I even waited a week to write this and I'm STILL steaming. Highly recommended to steer clear of this place.

Love the Staff!!!Wonderful young ladies very nice and loving. My daughter wakes up excited every morning to play with her freinds. Plus tuition is very low compare to other school in the area. The only reason i dont give it a higher rate is because they have an amazingly big playground but not enough toys. But overall great school im very pleased!

Teachers are very nice! I loved the place everyone there is young and are full of energy. My cild loves espending his time there. Everyone is very heplful and care so much about the children. Ijust read the review before this one and was astonished to see that it was said that the director didnt like children? The director i met is always there morning and afternon and the children adore her, shes very friendly and is always willing to help. I'm glad i didnt pay attention to the prior review and went ahead and gave the school a try. But the school can use a few more equipment...toys ect.

It's a small school running on the bare necessities. The staffs for the most part are friendly and care about the children, but my son experienced four or five different teachers in a day. The same teacher was not there at pick-up or drop off or during nap. I wanted more consistency for my son. The director lacks a sunny disposition and appears to not like children at all. Unless it involves money she is nowhere to be found. The school provides a breakfast snack, lunch, and afternoon snack, but my son always came home starving. When I would inquire about his eating habits it was difficult to get an answer since the teacher who watched him ate was not there when I picked him up. When shown the menu, all items appeared to be food he would enjoy eating. Upon taking him to a new preschool, I learned my son was behind academically it appears I was paying for an expensive babysitter moreso than for a teacher. At his new school my son as old friends from Silver Bear, who too left the school in disgust. For the price I paid, I would have expected more bang for my buck.
