Not the biggest move i was living in astoria already and had issues with my land lord

i needed something fast and kind of took the first apt that they drove me out to see which was convenient being that we saw it and closed on it in the same day

that my friends deserves a good review

Found me an apartment on really short notice, Were very thorough in asking exactly what i was looking for and made it happen

It was totally worth using a broker considering the urgency

wanted to move to queens from the bronx but knew nothing of the area so I reached out to my cousin who lives in forest hills who directed me towards the astoria area

I spoke to a few other brokers before finding Astoria home realty who actually only show apartments in the general area

They took me out on two different occasions and showed me 4 upscale apartments in doorman buildings with parking (as you can tell i was being picky) and i pulled the trigger on a newly built duplex that i am IN LOVE with

check them out if youre ever looking to move somewhere in the Astoria or Long island city area

They had a lot of options for exactly what i needed, I do not remember the brokers name who helped me but he was young and goodlooking. He showed me 3 of 5 apartments he had lined up before i made my choice and even got me a move in date of 15th which is exactly what i needed

got a new job needed to move to astoria and found this place after looking online

showed me three awesome apartments and helped me find which one worked best for me

I think the Guys were Gino and George or Dino and George, they took good care of me, not your average sleazy salesman regular straight forward guys
