I rented from Boorman Properties a couple of years ago and had a great experience. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. They sent their maintenance crew out very quickly to fix any needed problems. The duplex that I rented was reasonably priced and the neighbors were nice and quiet!

Boorman Properties are not in your best interests, especially if you have children. They'll take your thousand dollars a month without hesitation but when the brand new house they're renting becomes infested with fireants that attack you and your children in every room of the house because the house was placed over a giant ant mound they will simply say, "that's your problem" forget basic maintenance either. If you have a deck, it won't be treated, ours was brand new with the house and the boards are already coming up (safety hazard) because they weren't sealed and weather proofed. Also using nails instead of screws. (It would seem they don't know how to use a legitimate or skilled worker when maintaining their property.Moral of the story.... TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
