Concrete Sawing & Coring
- General Info
- Flat Sawing Wall Sawing Core Drilling Demolition WALL SAWING To 24 inches Thick S EXPANSION JOINT S FLAT SAWING 24 inches Depth S CORE DRILLING To 36 inches Diameter S BREAK and REMOVE Flat Sawing Flat Sawing is generally done with a walk behind saw on any slab, floor, pavement or surface requiring a horizontal cut. With a cutting depth of 24", our walk-behind saws come in various sizes and can either be powered by gas, diesel or electric. Depending on application and environment choosing, the correct saw can be essential to the safety of others. For work inside occupied buildings, hospitals, or areas without sufficient ventilation, our electric saw may be the choice for you. It is capable of cutting 10" and provides a toxic free environment for others. Wall Sawing Our wall saw unit is by far our most versatile saw. It is a hydraulic powered tool that uses a rack and pinion gear system that travels along a track. The unit can be attached to almost any concrete/brick surface in any position. It's used to precisely cut out walls for doorways, windows or even used to cut slabs in confined spaces like bathrooms. Surfaces can be flush cut to walls, floors, and ceilings up to 12" thick. For normal operation, cutting depth can be up to 24". A total depth of 48" is possible if the object can be cut from both sides. Core Drilling When a precision, circular cut is needed, core drilling is one of the most cost effective ways to create openings for pipe, electrical conduit, and anchor bolts. Holes of almost any diameter, and virtually any depth, are easily drilled to make openings for electrical HVAC, plumbing, and other installations. We offer both an electric and hydraulic core drill rigs. Vacuum bases are an option we can also provide when anchors may not be used. Core drills can be operated vertically and horizontally. Under the right conditions, hydraulic drill motors may even be operated under water. Demolition Williams Construction is now offering demolition services to our already well known line up. With our demolition, we can provide a full service operation to remove and haul off virtually any structure. We can assist you with everything from removing unwanted concrete to the complete demolition of any commercial/residential building.
