      In my opinion this is the worse place for anyone to be placed. It smells of urine and the employees hide from family members and neglect the patients. As soon as you walk in the building it reeks!! If you love someone who needs a nursing facility I would advice against this place.

      Maintaining a location in Longview, Wash., Evergreen Americana Health and Rehabilitation Center is a more than 70-bed nursing facility. It offers progressive rehabilitative and long-term care programs, as well as short-term and respite care services. The center offers a range of services, including 24-hour nursing care, and physical, speech and occupational therapies.
