I went in to Los Alamitos Dental X-ray Lab to get a set of pictures that my orthodontic service was asking for. The tech taking the pictures, Chris Robold, took it upon himself to take different angles of 2 of the pictures and they were different from what was requested. When I called and brought this to his attention he was rude, argumentative, condescending and difficult. He obviously took it personally because it would not have been costly or time consuming to reshoot the 2 pictures in the manner that was illustrated from my orthodontic group. After a 10 minute argument, he handed the phone to his receptionist to make an appointment for me to come back in but I do not do business with people who behave like this and I especially do not receive personal services from someone who has proven to be so difficult and hostile. I did not have a positive experience here nor did I get what I paid for. I was crying by the end of the phone conversation and would NOT return here for services under any circumstances.
