Owner - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SWEET COW! YOU ARE RUINING IT!

Owner = Older Bleached Blonde Hair Male - This is a review of the owner who served us ice-cream.

We have been to Sweet Cow 100 times and have never had bad service until the owner tried to serve us ice-cream.

We were buying a pint and her ripped it out of my hand and scolded me that it was only for show and that they have pints in the back for them to fill.

1. I've done this dozens of times an never had a problem (why does it matter which container it goes in?) I'm the customer so if I want it in that container that's where it will go! Who do you think you are?

2. He scolded the employees 4 times just while I was in line... Who left this out?... Wheres the taster spoons.. They don't go there.... Who put this in the sink?

WHAT A JERK!

Who ever you are please stay out of your wonderful ice-cream shop. You're employees are nothing like you and that is a great thing.

If you start coming around you will start losing customers being as crabby and unpleasant as you are.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SWEET COW! YOU ARE A HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE AT INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE.


We love sweet cow and for years have never had a bad experience until the older man with died blonde hair (appearantly an owner) served us.

I’m very glad my family was playing outside while I was getting ice-cream for them.

Hands down, one of the best ice cream places I've ever been to. Mix their coffee and chocolate into a luscious mocha shake. Top that will some whipped cream... savor every sip.
