Renters Beware!

Highwood Place Apartments is not a reputable company to contract for apartments. Contracts are written in order to not provide your refund, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. Property Managers are very rarely present and are very difficult to resolve issues even when opening complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

I highly recommend Highwood Place Apartments. I love living here. My roommate and I have lived here a year and would not go anywhere else. The apartments are large, and the complex is well maintained.
