WARNING - PLEASE AVOID!

Had the absolute worst experience with this company and found it important to share our experience to warn others.

After several weeks of missed appointments (no show, no call) for our quote, a younger member of their team arrived to quote our simple project to which we were told we'd receive a quote "by the end of this week". Another several weeks went by with no updates. After several calls, we finally were told that the owner would come out himself to quote - which he did and gave us a verbal quote.

We then spent the next several weeks calling back trying to schedule the service. Each time we were told that the "office will call you back" or that they thought we were "already on the schedule".

We called the "business number" several times and got a voicemail box that was full and no longer accepting messages.

After another several weeks (process has now stretched multiple months), we finally received an estimated start date. The first start date came and passed, with again a no call, no show. When we finally reached their office, we were told they had to move the start date back because "rain was in the forecast" - it did not rain at all that week. We were then given another start date of a few weeks later.

Once again our scheduled start date came upon us and again, the crew was a no call, no show. When we again called the office, we were told they needed to get in touch with the owner to "figure this out". After hours waiting, we called back and ended the relationship. That was FOUR wasted months.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL unless you want to have your time wasted.

Approximately one year ago Kevin Phillips company did an overlay on my patio which he guaranteed for one year. At the time he was doing it turn code and became raining we even questioned him about the rain and the temperature and he stated it would be no problem. Wasn�t even 48 hours after he completed it that it started pilling. He stated he was a man of his word And because of the sudden change in the weather it would be best to wait till spring to make the necessary repairs. I have been texting him since April 30. After an exchange of over 70 text at this point I figure it�s not going to get done. So please do not use this man or his company because if something goes wrong you will never get him back to make the necessary repairs for the work that should have been done right in the first place . Made multiple phone calls even stopped answering my calls but strangely when I called from unknown number he answered right away. He has a big disappearing act. Don�t waste your time or money go somewhere else!! If you are friend photo or relative please repost this and share

5/18/17 - Kevin Phillips showed up on time to give me an estimate which I thought was extremely fair for waterproofing 2 cracks in a basement wall...one of the cracks had been leaking for over 10 years, and was becoming more and more of a problem.

The work was done quickly and on schedule and after 2 rains that would have normally produced water from the crack, I am happy to say no leaks...plus he gave a lifetime warranty against future leaks!

10/25/17 - Well, so much for the lifetime warranty..the major crack began to leak two weeks ago and I called Kevin...he actually came over that afternoon to have a "look see"...that was a Friday...he said he would be back the next Tuesday or Wednesday to fix things at no charge!

Well, 10 days later after too many calls and texts to count, he still has not come by...he would not answer my calls all last week, and yesterday he did answer and gave me several excuses, and again stated he would come by this morning by 10:30 a.m. It's now after 5:00 p.m. no calls, no texts, no show!! After giving me 4 dates for his return, I think I finally have figured this out...guess what...HE AIN'T COMING!!

After I posted about his not showing he called and came over and attempted to fix the problem...time will tell.
