Terrible terrible service!!!! It took me two years just to have a bone lift and sinus lift, (done and redone) then the surgeon left and the new surgeon refused to complete the implant after they made me an appointment for same. I've paid Pacific Dental Services (their apparent owner) $4400 to date and still have no implant. They refuse to respond to my inquires and are (conveniently) unable to find a folder with my copy of my records AND my checkbook that I left in the treatment room.... or the individual at the front desk with whom I spoke repeatedly. DO NOT USE THEM or any offices owned by PACIFIC DENTAL SERVICES.

I actually have never received service at this location. I went to the Fort Collins location and had excellent service, so I figured I would give these guys a call. I can't think of a word other than sketchy, to how they acted when I tried to set up an appointment. They basically planned for the worse and had a predisposition that I needed more work than a route teen cleaning. I'm 25 years old and have had 1 cavity in my life. The lady on the phone said multiple times, " we can get you book for the x-rays and exam, then based off that we can see if we can do the cleaning or reschedule." I said, that's fine, good precaution, but if I do have a "healthy mouth" then I want to make sure you schedule me, so I can get the cleaning done. She repeated herself 2 more times that they will try, but they can't guarantee if something comes up or an emergency patient arrives. I've had a cleanings done probably 30 times in my life, I've never heard someone suggest so heavily that it might be more than just a cleaning. Then when I got frustrated and asked her why she can't give me a clear answer, she then said "if you want it clear cut, we will break it up into two appointments, you'll come in and then we ill reschedule you. That is stupid, I've never head of that for a cleaning unless something else needs done. Sounds like they plan on something else needing to be done. PLEASE BEWARE!!

Too bad I did not find this earlier review sooner, this dentist has charged me way over the amount they ok'd with me and billed for services not done! They are charging me over 2000.00 for his so called services which the dentist did not even do, he saw me a total of 3 minutes, left the room, then some person comes in (no name, no hello) and starts to perform work that has left my teeth still hurting and teeth drilled awkwardly. I have to get my teeth fixed again and hate to go back there, I am appealing what they have done to me, and will not go back again! The personel are nice, until you call about the bill, then they wrere very rude to me, and the doctor is very impersonal and did not even do a mouth exam for me. I was told my services were pre approved when in fact, they never even called the dental plan, they are liars and scamers, BEWARE!!

When I had work done on my tooth I paid my bill in full and 5 months later I get a bill for additional $$$. (Over half the price of my initial bill!!!) They obviously don't have their office in order. I will never go there again and will never refer them, in fact I will encourage friends to AVOID.
