Our warranty company gave us these people to deal with and they are unprofessional, they never show up when they're supposed to, they leave when they finally do get here and don't tell you what's going on and they don't finish the work. They are rude and seem to have no interest in whether they complete the job or in customer satisfaction. Them we scheduled an appointment with them to winterize our pool and they never showed up or called!!!! Two weeks between visits when we needed a part fixed that they had the whole time apparently. Horrible. They should receive no stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After 5 weeks of getting the run-around from Aquatrol we finally convinced our warranty company to let us switch to a different pool repair service -- the only other licensed one in Lubbock. We needed our heater and some leaks fixed and working with Aquatrol has been nothing but an endless nightmare. They get one star for being nice people, but otherwise I am baffled by the way they do business. Six no-shows without calling, refusal to set appointment times, show up for a few minutes then they're gone for days with no explanation. They seem completely uninterested in actually completing a repair. I've never in my life dealt with a company like this. We even begged them to fix it in time for our child's birthday party to no avail. If your warranty company sets you up with this vendor, kick and scream until they give you someone else!

HORRIBLE! From their phone service to their scheduling to their service - it's unbeleivably bad! Never use them especially for repairs!
