Echelon Engineering, Inc has been a presence in underwater inspection since our inception in 1989. Echelon, a certified WBE/DBE firm in Washington State provides civil/marine consulting services with specific emphasis on bridges and marine structures. This includes underwater and topside inspection/assessment, new facility and maintenance design, construction inspection services, and underwater environmental habitat/benthic surveys.
