Highly recommended.

This is a very classy med spas not a day spa I've been a client of this spa for over a year now, they never charged an additional 20% gratuity on top of any of my services I always fill inn the guatuity amount my self .

I have purchased a spa promotion card for my sister to visit this spa for just $39.99 for $500 value WOW what a great deal my sister just had to pay 20% garatuity when using the service, and it states very clearley on that promotion 20% gratuity required if the 30min services are not upgraded. What a great way to let people try your services for the first time, Highly recommended.

Best spa experience!!!!!!

I was treated to an all day at the spa recently. I really enjoyed the entire experience. The enviroment was very inviting. All the staff were attentive and made you feel at ease. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you and I can't wait for another all day treatment.

Something good to know

To all those interested, please use their services at your own risk. The person who commented below was very helpful, however, not as frank as I'm going to be. I won't recommend this place for several reasons:

1) Too pricey (they charge 20% gratuity)

2) Pushy Owner, rude customer service

3) Products are nice, but the people using them don't know how to apply them

4) I received a racist comment from the owner about my skin color. I'm African American! Telling me that I should "lighten" my skin is rude and unacceptable! This happened many times.

5) The Indian lady who was doing my pedi cut my foot. She also kept saying I need to wax (I was going to do that after the pedi)

6) My friend used to work there and once she was sick (yes, hospitalized), they fired her. These people want their staff working sick? That is unsanitary!

7) They claim to be a med spa, however, they don't have any medical knowledge (I know, I have been a nurse for 20 years)

8) I saw a girl walk in to complain about their products and/or services, and they moved her to a room so I couldn't hear. When she was in the waiting room, I heard the owner complaining (non-stop), thus making the girl wait there for 15 minutes. I think that girl should sue!

Before I made a judgment about this place I made sure to try it at least 2 or 3 times. Each time it was a bad experience. These people should definitely reconsider how they treat people. According to my friend, I wasn’t the only unhappy customer who complained about spending a ton of money to get pampered and coming out empty handed.

So So

I’ve spent my days off a lot of classy day spas in my life time and this wasn’t my favorite one per say. Money’s not the issue for me (yes, they charge an additional 20% gratuity on top of the advertised amount and if you pay credit card, you are encouraged to tip even more so), but based on the quality of treatments, it wasn’t worth the experience. The staff members were more or less so friendly, the massages felt good, although I’ve had better, and the facials were just as good as me washing my face at home. Personally, I prefer Gene Juarez; overall they were nice but I wasn’t sold on coming back. Ladies with class and taste, if you want a place to give you the full treatment worth the price, I don’t think you’ll find it here.
