Finally got around to writing a review about this shop. If there's something needing fixing on your VW, take it to Ben. His pricing, attitude, and quality of service will put most dealers to shame. He can be backed up quite a ways with his schedule, but I wonder why that is? Maybe because his customer base is loyal. As long as I own a VW, I'll be taking it to Ben. End of story.

Saved me from out of pocket expenses. After some research, Ben told me that my issue was likely covered by warranty and it should be taken to the dealership. Sure enough, it's covered by an extended warranty, and Ben didn't make a dime off of me. For that reason alone, he will be the first person I call when my next problem arises.
