      Carpets plus charges their customers more than double the installers price. And to top it off they never fully pay their bills with installers. In 6 months of installing for them they only once paid their bill. I would not recommend carpets plus to anyone unless you want a subcontractor to put a lein against your house because carpets plus didn't pay their bill.

      Great service,good product selection. I have had nothing but luck my 3 purchases at Carpets Plus. My salesperson was always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. On my previous installation there was an issue with the vinyl I ordered. Carpets Plus took care of my concerns well beyond what I feel was normal. I would recommend them to anyone.
