Provided by YP.comAll Dean clinics are terrible!!! please don't make the mistake to go there or choose the Dean Medical insurance because otherwise you will be screwed and always sick. I am a young female and every time I go to the doctor (because I have some health issues that i have to monitor) I am never taken seriously and I have to end up going back multiple times.i am also made fun of for my medical issues and have to take stupid non-funny jokes from the stuff like: you are always here!! or Hi, I see you are back again, you are so young what could you possibly have?? Either they don't listen to you and most of the times they tell you that you have "nothing" and you end up sick in bed because there is obviously something wrong.
My husband had a lump on his leg once that he complained about and he went to DEAN, the doctor said he had "nothing" and when we went to Washington a few days after that, my husband spent thanksgiving at the ER in Seattle having surgery to remove the lump. Very few people from Dean and nice and friendly, the majority are rude and they just don't care,

Provided by YP.comAll dean clinics suck. The doctors are rude, impatient and don't listen. The staff are all female and only nice to other female. They make you wait a long time and won't help you unless you have insurance.

Provided by YP.comThe urgent care hours suck, especially if you have small children. The security is a JOKE! They bill incorrectly all of the time, they can't maintain insurance information for more than 3 weeks, having to provided it everytime you go! The doctors order unnecassary test, which arenot covered by your insurance and yet they miss serious illnesses that require you to return 2 days later, another 3 days after that....all for a treatment that should have been provided the first day. It comes down to money...you are their income!
