I second Kristin's statement. The Manager has worked at this company over 10 years and several employees have worked there 5-10 years and have helped make TAS enjoy is excellent track record in the community. My congratulations to TAS, I heard you won another award this year for exceptional customer service! I'm very proud to know and talk with them when they answer our Company's emergency line.

TAS is a family owned and professionally operated call center in Madison. The staff there has been wonderful and it has been a pleasure to do business with TAS. A big plus has been how many employees stay year after year, because of their love for this company and the GREAT job they do, they really are fantastic! I haven't found their level of customer service elsewhere. Ask other call centers about how long their employees stay and I bet it won't measure up to TAS. Their staff really cares and strives to always do their best. Keep up the excellent work!

I've worked there recently and had difficulty there, too. The low end of the pay scale is very close to minimum wage. If you see an ad on Craigs List looking for "Telephone Agents", i suggest to ignore the ad. If you do something wrong or if they dislike you, you get demeaning email messages and its questionable if the really, truly follow all employment laws (in my opinion). SCARRY PLACE TO WORK AT........

This company IS NOT Employee Friendly. They could use the utilities of professional HR (i.e. Human Resources) personnel. Just beware, things aren't as cozy as the management would like you to think it is. Ask for things to be in writing.
