Not honest.

I recently decided to take my 325i to a local repair shop other than Zimbrick. What a mistake! After comparing prices, I found out that Zimbrick's price was not only LOWER, but they also had the parts in stock rather than waiting for a day for them to arrive. Lower prices, faster service... I won't go anywhere else from now on.

The service tech recommended full battery replacement when problem was with the alternator. Misleading comments about battery's viability. When I presented info that battery was newly purchased (from a separate store), they backed down on the necessity of the battery replacement. In the alternator repair, the recommendation was to do unnecessary additional repairs that were only highlighted as optional, and agreed by them as not functionally necessary, after my husband, the mechanic, spoke to them. Next visit also left a sour experience...In less than one week after the regularly scheduled oil change, the engine service light is on again. What inconvenient timing! My feeling: not very trustworthy. I'm exploring other options for future service needs.
