Provided by YP.comThe staff is rude and incompetent. I wish I would have read the rest of the negative reviews scoured all over the internet before scheduling an appointment. It seems nothing has changed in the last few years. Don't waste your time or your money. They had the NERVE to cancel an appointment on me 8 minutes after the scheduled timeframe even though I called them and let them know that I was stuck on the highway due to an accident. I had to call 12 times and punch every option possible for someone to even answer my call and the kicker is... they told me they give a 15 grace period but they decided to cancel me anyway because they just didn't FEEL I would make it in time. I made it there at the 15 minute mark but they wouldn't take me anyway. Oh, and just to add insult to injury, I should mention that I REGULARLY had to wait at least 30-45 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time and never complained. This is how they decided to treat me when I ran into an unforeseen circumstance and I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and had been waiting over a month for the appointment in the first place! TERRIBLE!!!!

Provided by YP.comDr. DANIEL NIEVES-QUINONES is extremely incompetent and the same goes to his office staff. He received a radiologist's report that suspected bone sarcoma in the brain and he "translates" it to Pituitary Tumor without any medical evidence. Then, he calls the patient ON THE PHONE and tells her of her brain cancer!!!! and advises her to rush to the hospital emergency room - on a Friday afternoon - for urgent treatment. Luckily, she is smart enough to ignore his "advice" and initiates further CT scan and sees a neurosurgeon that quickly diagnoses her case as non-malignant benign Fibroplasia. The staff is equally incompetent and reliable. They tell you they have done something (faxing records) when have not and they would lie to the patient about it. For your own good, STAY AWAY!!! from this "doctor"...
