      Don't expect anything to get done!

      Called yesterday about a problem that our brand new home is having with heat and was told Joe would give me a call back shortly. Now a day has passed, so I called again this morning about 4 hours ago and was told again someone would call me back asap. Well guess what????? NOT ONE WORD..Not too much fun when it gets below 10 degrees at night.I would stay away from these people.If I could give zero stars, I would.
