I had my Fall ARS Maintenance Check today. The overall Service and the Technician, Kamal Thomas was outstanding. Kamal was prompt (early) for the arrival time, very meticulous in cleaning up, articulate in discussing my system with me and providing great tips on maintaining the unit during the year. I highly recommend ARS and Kama Thomas as a Technician.

On April 14, Richard Nelson, Sr. of ARS came to my home to do a 6-month inspection of my cooling system, and I just wanted to comment on his exceptional service! He took the time to explain everything to me, and I sincerely appreciated this. He was such a gentleman, and his comments were so helpful. -- Shirley Pieper

Fantastic service! Furnace stopped working on Saturday. By Monday morning, had an entire new system installed an running. All happened during peak of Northern Virginia's "Polar Vortex" with subzero temps. So grateful for their professional and prompt service. Roop Kapur recommended a system that we feared might be too small for our home, but he explained that larger system would simply cycle on and off more frequently, making it less efficient and adding wear and tear to the system. We checked w/ a relative who is a lifetime HVAC professional, who gave Roop kudos for Roop's candor in not overselling us on a larger system than we needed. John Powers was our installer and we can't say enough good things about John - courteous, friendly, down to earth, and thorough. Really comfortable with John in the house.
