This is not a place where doctors care about the patients more than money and time. I had an appointment at the Manassas office (as a first time patient) and I did not even get to see the doctor because as the inconsiderate receptionists said, "the doctors are strictly limited to 10 minutes with each patients". My appointment was at 3 and I arrived at 2:50. Finished paperwork at 3:08 and I did not finish the paperwork in time according to the receptionists. What kind of doctor office does not value first time patients? Receptionist then said that she did not know when the doctor could see me. Would not recommend this place for patients who actually want to have a normal, non-rushed, peaceful, friendly doctor appointment.

Unfortunately compassionate does not describe this office. I called this morning trying to get an appointment and was basically turned away by the attitude and lack of compassion. Not a place I want to have any member of my family treated. Besides lack of compassion the wait time for a telelphone response was 15 mins. yuk I had to put a star because the web site would not allow me to place this without clicking a star.

I am 54 years old and had been going as long as I could before having full hip replacement surgery. The last year and a half leading up to the surgery i could get around ok but could not sleep and every time I got into my car, I had to physically grab my left leg and pull it into the car before I could shut the door. Dr. Keith Albertson, is my surgeon, and I finally had the surgey on Oct. 5th. I was released from the hospital on the 7th. The difference is like night and day, I can function normally, lay in my bed with out any discomfort, get in and out of my car with no pain or difficulty. I would highly recommend Dr. Albertson to anyone needing Orthopaedic procedures of any kind. Also make sure you continue your physical therapy well after you think you are fine. Another typical team of doctors who think that their time is soooo much more valuable than yours. They're always late and will charge you if you're late. Everytime I've been there it's been 45 minutes to an hour of wait for a 5 to 10 minute consultation and a note. They'll double book their days with complete disregard for your patience. I'm sick of these people.
